    Later this month I go for a diagnostic mammogram😮 Happily I found your video a few months ago, and today I finally did all the exercises.     I AM SO PROUD BECAUSE I STOPPED ONLY ONCE… to drink water cuz the heat had me sweating a lot and I needed water. But it was hard yet it was not the hardest workout I ever did. It made me happy because I saw through this workout how much I improved. Thank you!!
